In the biological sense, an adult animal or human is a person who has grown. In the context of humans, the term adult has significance that is shaped by the legal and social world. As opposed to "minor" (or "non-adult" legally-aged adult is an individual who has achieved an age at which they are majority. They are regarded as responsible, independent and capable. You can refer to them as"major" or "major". The age at which a child turns an adult legally is 18, however, the definition of maturity may differ based on the legal or country system in place, and also the psychological condition of the child.

Adulthood is the time in human life when an individual has reached maturity both in physical and mental growth. The typical age for adulthood is age 21, or 20. Middle age starts at approximately 40 and is followed by the older age of around 60. In adulthood there are three distinct stages: Early adulthood (18-30 years), Middle Adulthood (30-60 year olds) and late adulthood (60%-60%). At the beginning stage of adulthood (between 20-40) then our bodies have reached full maturation although the weight and height of our bodies could increase slightly. During young adulthood we reach the highest level of physical capabilities.
